Caroline is a University of Toronto graduate specializing in dynamic, compassionate therapy for individuals (childhood to adulthood), couples, and families facing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and self-esteem to name a few. She uses evidence based modalities, and incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques to fit what resonates with you.

 

She is here to adapt and respond to your goals, creating a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, process emotions, and build self-compassion.

My Story

Caroline Duffy is a therapist devoted to helping individuals and families discover strength, resilience, and harmony in their lives. Her approach is grounded in empathy and a deep understanding of the family as a connected system. She believes we are not isolated in our problems, but are interconnected—our lives shaped by those we love, our families, and our communities. She can help create positive change that benefits you and those around you. 

 

Using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), she offers a supportive, trauma-informed space where children, teens, and adults can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. Caroline is especially passionate about recognizing how each family member’s journey impacts the whole, and how strengthening individual well-being contributes to healthier, more connected relationships. In her practice, she honours each person’s unique story and works to empower clients to bring their best selves to the family system and beyond.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, coping with loss, or simply seeking a space to grow, she is here to support you in finding insight and balance.
