Natascha is a Registered Psychotherapist and athlete who works primarily with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficulties managing overwhelming emotions.

My Story

Natascha brings over 17 years of mental health experience working in hospital settings, including both inpatient and outpatient eating disorder and mental health crisis programs.

Many of the adults Natascha works with are used to keeping everything together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, self-critical, or exhausted. You may find yourself overthinking, putting enormous pressure on yourself, struggling to set boundaries, worrying about disappointing others, or feeling as though no matter how much you accomplish, it never quite feels like enough.

Natascha understands how anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and difficult relationship patterns can begin to take up too much space in your life. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, creating a space where you can slow things down, better understand yourself, and begin working through the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Together, Natascha helps clients develop healthier ways of coping, manage anxiety and stress more effectively, strengthen self-confidence and self-compassion, improve communication and relationships, and make meaningful changes in their everyday lives.

Natascha also works with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, emotional difficulties, or challenges related to school, relationships, identity, and growing independence. She helps teens better understand and express their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build greater confidence in navigating the pressures they are facing.

As an athlete herself, Natascha also understands the unique pressures that can accompany sport and performance. She supports athletes struggling with performance anxiety, perfectionism, fear of failure, self-doubt, high expectations, and the feeling that their worth is tied to how well they perform.

Building an open and trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of Natascha’s work. She believes therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely understood while also gaining greater insight into yourself and developing practical tools to move forward.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, feeling overwhelmed by stress, navigating a difficult relationship or life transition, or realizing that constantly striving for perfection is no longer serving you, Natascha is here to support you.

Her hope is to help you create meaningful and lasting change while developing greater resilience, confidence, and self-compassion.
