Scott Talbot
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), RP (Q), MA

As a Registered Psychotherapist, Scott works with teens, adults, and couples with a variety of needs. Some of these needs include anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss, relationship issues, communication, and life stage transitions.

My Story


Scott believes that an important part of therapy is taking the time to develop a strong therapeutic relationship.

He works with his clients to create a safe and comfortable environment so that they can evolve, explore, grow, and reach their therapeutic goals.

Scott started his career as a schoolteacher working with people facing exceptional socio-economic disadvantages in underserved communities. Scott is also a Certified Yoga Teacher in Ashtanga, which adds to his natural ability to connect with people, and develop skills to decrease stress in their daily life. Scott’s approach to psychotherapy is
narrative based with a solution focus. By exploring past behavioural patterns themes will emerge, empowering clients to co-create strategies to increase confidence and gain control of their desired future.
