We are client-centred and believe that therapy should be holistic and tailored to meet each client's individual needs.
Our clinical therapists offer a variety of integrative therapies with a strong foundation in attachment theory, emotion focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
At TPS Therapy, all of our counselling and therapy sessions are offered either online via video call, in person at our Danforth office, or over the phone. All sessions are 50-minutes in length.
